Beta version of XMPlay plugin

Beta version of a playback plugin for XMPlay, one of popular module and audio players for Windows:

AFAIK it is the first DBM replayer for Windows, which supports envelopes and DSP echo.

Note that it is an unofficial beta. Full version will handle subsongs and will display instrument information.

- This version works also on Windows XP.
- MS VC++ Runtime Redistributable is no more needed.
