Sample modification warning?

As I'm currently implementing basic sample editor, I have one question to current and future DigiBooster users. As you know, DigiBooster can use the same sample for more than one instrument. Should the program display a warning, when some destructive (like cut or insert) operation is being done on s...

I cannot answer the question definitely, as I do not have Delfina lite, but in general DigiBooster 3 is less demanding to AHI drivers, compared to DBPro 2.x (for example DBPro 2.x works bad on Efika AC97 driver, while DigiBooster 3 has no problems).

Anyway, someone with Delfina should just test it.

What emulation settings did you use, on both MorphOS, and WinUAE? I've not tested it in UAE on MorphOS. For WinUAE I use 68030 emulation, AGA, 2 MB chip, 16 MB Zorro 3 fast memory, graphics card emulation and WinUAE AHI driver. Of course amount of fast memory may be increased to fit samples. On pla...

AmigaOS 3 version.

Good news for those waiting for AmigaOS 3 version - I've just compiled a M68k binary and tested it (for now) under MorphOS, where it works perfectly. I will do some more serious tests under WinUAE tomorrow.

I am a little disappointed, so far, that there is no OS3.x 68k version of this software. There are plenty of A1200 and A3000/A4000 users with towered systems with Mediators in them capable of using a soundcard with 16 bit audio recording. The Classic Amigas still use MUI, and AHI is available on 68...

load in and ready to use. thats how it should be... so long, no reason to buy this software for the moment. for me, of course.
It is fixed already in DigiBooster 3. Too bad it is not yet available (just watch progress reports from APC&TCP).

achso: hab schon mit "goldwave" rumgetestet. jedoch spielt der amiga das konvertierte sample, im "sampler" mehrere oktaven zu tief ab. :(( . [sorry for English, but I do not speak German, used Google translation to read] The problem with loading WAVE (and AIFF) to DigiBooster 2....

Re: DigiRoller

Seems that playing is really "slow" with DigiRoller. I`ve to go below 22.05 kHz to get no drop-outs. DBP 2.x can play the same dbm with 44.1 kHz. On which configuration (CPU/audio hardware)? DB3 player is generally slower (for now) for two reasons: it is not yet optimized and it provides ...

Do we need a demo song? DSP on/off? AHI audio mode? 8/16bit? Track scopes on/off? And we need DBP 3 to compare. :) Well I do not want some exact figures, just an estimate (like "16-channel mods are OK, some 20-channel ones have trouble"). DBPro 3 has no DSP Echo yet, so off. AHI mode - 16...
