What do to when installer looks for AmiTCP's inetd.conf?

I'm installing NetPar and it's telling me to edit Amitcp:db/inetd.conf to tell it where NetParServer has been copied to. Is there an equivalent file for roadshow?

Where to define hosts?

I'm using smbfs which requires use of hostnames rather than the IP address. Where can I define these with roadshow? I'm using Prism2.
