The AROS Archives is a collection of software for the AROS Research Operating System and can be found via the URL http://archives.aros-exec.org .

It runs in a similar way to Aminet, as the programmers themselves usually upload their own software in order to make it available to AROS users.

The cheats database of Amiga Future is updated weekly by David Jahn, even if at first sight that is not immediately apparent.

The cheat database on the Amiga Future webpage is probably the largest German collection for the Amiga.

Amiga Meeting Klausdorf canceled

With the decision of the Prime Minister of October 28, 2020 to ban events that serve entertainment and leisure throughout Germany in November, the Amiga Meeting 2020 is unfortunately not feasible and must therefore be canceled. We hope for a better 2021.

We plan to meet online on Discord on Saturday, November 7th, 2020 from 1pm.

D520 available again

We had already reported on the external Flickerfixer / Scandoubler D520 from Schubert Hardware in Garching at various points. A test report was published in Amiga Future 139 and an update of the firmware was announced here app.php/newsportal/?start=33&ulg=de&news_id=37921.

As of today, you can find out more about the D520 on a newly created homepage. Firmware updates and manuals are also available there. The new production batch is also ready, so that it can be purchased again from now on. -> https://d520-converter.de

You know whats most funny when browsing Wolfram Alpha or such databases, just following the links inside it, sadly the API does not give infomations for links in the text. BUT it supplies related searches, I implemented an additional page to AYA that you can find close searches, sometimes there are even some weird stuff… maybe they are searches other user used? I don’t know.

Besides that I implemented a history of your searches and also added some suggestions sorted in categories, some starting points what to search. Also if you find something funny (like the people curves e.g. “Arnold Schwarzenegger curve” and so on) why not share them with other. In the result window is now a “Share” button where you can add a short description and your name (if you like) and I will add them to the suggestion database. (which you can update via the suggestion window) [...]

REV'n'GE! #115 released

REV'n'GE! is a fanzine that review games on vintage platforms in Italian and English. Repechage section will continue very good with 4 or 5 old games so to allow you to read again some old never tranlsated reviews.

In this issue the are two nice reviews for Amstrad CPC; Toki and Magical Drop that maybe many fans could be unexpeted porting, especially Toki. Repecaghe of this issue is CDTV II prototype and first part of Lucasfilm Games point & click adventures.
