Wet 6.8 released

Wet released in the Version 6.8 for AmigaOS 3.9 and AmigaOS 4.x.

Changes:

* Rebuilt for AmiSSL v5
* Now uses AmiSSL v5 HTTP routines, should be more reliable.
* NB: The proxy server tooltype format has changed, now needs to be https://proxy-server:port
