It's exciting to see where Amiga fans are located all over the world. Siamak Habibzadeh is an Amiga fan and comes from Karaj in Iran. This is about 50 km from Tehran. Siamak has published instructions as a PDF file in its GitHub repository on how to modify the TEAC FD-55GFR 7193-U, a 5.25" floppy drive, to use it as an 880 KB floppy drive on the Amiga. An almost exotic idea given the age of these drives and floppy disks, but nothing is crazy enough for the Amiga.
Here you can find the instructions on GitHub: https://github.com/Siliconix/Amiga-5.25-FDD
Siamak also runs his own website for Persian Amiga fans, where he presents, among other things, his home-made hardware for Amigas and other systems: http://commodore-amiga.ir/
Curious people who have trouble with the language should consult an online translator: https://commodore--amiga-ir.translate.g ... x_tr_hl=de
