Games That Werent: Myth- History in the Making V1

Published 13.01.2022 - 14:22 by AndreasM

Games That Werent write:

Following on from the recent console cancellation of Myth covered on the site, team member Grzegorz Antosiewicz got in touch to highlight a series of changes to the Amiga/ST editions of Myth. P96 V3.2.2 released

Published 13.01.2022 - 14:22 by AndreasM

Individual Computers write:

The RTG driver P96 enjoys growing popularity: More then 40 paid downloads (more than a third of them for the full price or more) during the weeks since version V3.2.0 has been published, have taken us over the threshold of 30% cost coverage since we've taken ownership of the software in 2016. Version 3.2.2 attempts one more time to deal with broken software: If a program like Descent opens a planar screen mode, but combines it with chunky rendering routines, the new version 3.2.2 can display a correct picture despite this evident software error. [...]

Amigaland: Demo area expanded and more downloads

Published 13.01.2022 - 14:20 by AndreasM

Mirko Engelhardt informs:

There is now the 3rd page in the demo area with 6 further demos to download, read or view. Everything pimped up on Youtube. Here we want to create a few more pages, because the demo scene made and still makes the Amiga a real cult. The legendary demo parties speak for themselves. Above all The Party, The Gathering or World of Commodore. So Gerd and I stay tuned and continue to work on the side! In the last week of 2021 until January 2nd, 2022, there were daily updates in the news and download area, as promised. It's worth taking a look here!

Since Version 0.7 of AmiTube it can use your very own Server as backend. I tried to make a package and write a manual how to do it, but I don’t know what you need all because it grew slowly over time.

But maybe someone want to try it. the manual is at the end of the AmiTube Page. [...]
