I wonder if anyone HASN'T played this incredibly additive classic!

I also wonder if I really need to write a review of this game as everyone knows what it is, still, this was the craze just before Worms took over. It probably spawned just as many spin-offs and sequels as Worms, such as Lemmings 2: Tribes, Lemmings 3D and Lemmings Paintball, to name a few.
The idea behind Lemmings is ultra simple; make sure all of the Lemmings make it to the exit. Of course, we all know that its made a lot more difficult with many different types of Lemmings, from Diggers, Blockers and Floaters. The levels become increasingly difficult as the game progresses, and there are hundreds of them! Fortunately there was a save game option, otherwise no one would ever complete it!
Or indeed, try.
Every level has several solutions, although the further you get, the harder the levels become and ultimately you'll find yourself scratching your head in bewilderment... or hurling abuse at the TV set as Lemmings walk purposefully off the edge!
I don't remember completing Lemmings, but then again its not the winning that matters, its playing it that counts.
Lemmings is an all time classic, joining the ranks of Space Invaders and Pac-man!
