Now this is retro! Sorry about the boring thumnails, but what else is there to it?
Yes, this is the first game I have reviewed which is currently a game on my mobile phone, and when I think about it, the one on my phone is better!
But then, this game does have blue, yellow and red as colours, and you and your enemies are non-descript pixels (wait... this that a good thing?) while you will be confused and highly amused by the german words for... well... I guess 'loosing a life' or 'try again' or, 'press fire'.
The game is in german, it is true, though there are English words. The graphics are not good, at least my phone has pictures made from the squares you must draw to capture your enemies within. That is the objective, and an addictive one it is too. Being a yellow pixel, and your enemies being yellow pixels, doesn't help when you die and respawn, because for a heart beat you don't know who you are, and in that moment, a pixel flies into you and kills you.
A long, long time ago this game was very funny and highly addictive as more and more bouncing pixels filled the screen as you progressed levels, but now it is rather sad and limited.
Good for nostalgia.
