Once again a year has come to an successful end for the Amiga Future and it is time to talk about some facts.
The Amiga Future Webpage content has now a total of 30 GB. The associated database has now risen up to more than 500 MB.
Currently, the Amiga Future Webpage counts daily 4000-5000 visits and 60000-120000 hits.
That means by month 130,000 visits and 2,500,000 hits and generated about 50 GB Traffic.
The expansion of the Amiga Future Webpage is completely free.
In the article database are now more than 4600 German and English articles and in the gallery more than 22,000 images.
Meanwhile, we have 5100 Files online for free download. Of which approx 500 commercial full versions.
The most popular download in the history of the database is Ports of Call, followed by DigiBooster 1.7 and Opus 5.5.
The highest traffic consumption has still our AmiKit Mirror. But the WinUAE Mirror is also very popular.
Of course we continue to work on the Amiga software database. Meanwhile, the database contains over 4200 entries and 6500 scans.
In the cheat database are currently cheats, solutions and tips and tricks for 3412 Amiga games. So this is one of the variables collections worldwide.
Actually the entire cheats collection should be already translated into English and entered into a proper database. For this purpose, however, we currently still lacking the resources.
The Amiga Future Every project is still in progress. An app for AmigaOS 3 and AmigaOS 4 has been published.
On the Amiga Future Webpage 3900 users are currently registered.
So far 20,000 German and 8,500 English news messages were releases on the Amiga Future Webpage.
Of this amount, 900 each in English and German news reports from 2015, trend is clearly rising.
As we continue to expand the news section, we are always looking for interesting news messages.
In case you published a program or project, please write us or simply use the news reporting form.
In the forum are a total of 55,600 posts.
Our event calendar will of course continue to be held up to date. Here you can find virtually any event on Amiga.
In our link database more than 600 referrals are currently stored on other sites. The database is of course kept at the current status.
The cost of the Amiga Future Webpage amounted in 2015 around 1,500 euros (hosting, programming work etc.)
Donations we had in 2015 were unfortunately only around 140 euros. Thank you to all donors at this point.
The remaining costs will be covered partly by advertising and partly by APC & TCP itself.
At this point we don't want to forget a very important and big thank you to the entire Amiga Future Team.
Without the great help of some 50 users, this webpage and also the print magazine would not be possible.
